We hope you are coping well under the circumstances. As you may have heard from the media, the coronavirus crisis reached the UK a few weeks ago.
Currently, measures similar to those in Germany are being implemented. Schools were officially closed a week before the Easter holidays, and social contact is highly restricted. Naturally, this has a significant impact on our services:
Boarding Schools:
All our partner schools are preparing for the next term, starting mid-April, to commence with online learning. Should the situation improve during the term and restrictions ease, many schools aim to reopen before the summer holidays. Most schools have therefore offered reductions in school fees.
We, along with the schools, are hopeful that regular classes will resume in September.
Summer Schools 2020:
It is still uncertain whether summer courses will take place this year. Most schools' decision-makers will wait until early May before making a final decision. If you are still interested in a course, you can reserve a spot without a deposit for now.
Online Learning:
Some organizations are now offering online courses. We recommend the following providers:
- Preparation for the Abitur: SAES Muth
- English conversation (1:1 lessons): PET Sprachen
- Interactive Easter course (free): Discovery Summer
